Who is empwr. designed for?
empwr. is built for Australian service-based business owners doing $500K or more in annual revenue, think legal, accounting, financial planning, health & allied health, consulting, marketing and agency. You should have a team of at least two people, and be the founder-operator. If you're scaling past seven figures and still running on gut, this is the program.
How is this different from a regular accountant?
Your accountant looks backwards and tells you what happened. We look forwards and help you decide what to do next. empwr. isn't a tax or compliance service, it's a financial operating system for the business owner. We teach you to use your numbers as a decision-making tool, not a historical report. (Your accountant stays where they are. We work alongside them.)
How is this different from other coaching programs?
Three things. One: Reuben runs multiple eight-figure businesses (combined valuation over $150m), he teaches what he's actually doing right now, not what he's read. Two: we include four done-with-you financial deliverables, real artefacts built in your real business. Three: you get the empwr. Platform, an AI-powered SaaS dashboard built specifically for service businesses. Most coaching is conversation. This is conversation plus installation.
What if I'm not in Australia?
empwr. is currently built for the Australian market, our frameworks assume Australian tax structures, entity types and accounting conventions (Xero, MYOB, tax planning via trusts, Div 7A, etc.). If you're based overseas but your business is Australian, you're a fit. If not, join the waitlist, we'll be expanding to NZ, UK and North America in future cohorts.
What if my revenue is below $500K?
empwr. probably isn't the right fit yet, the program is calibrated for businesses with the revenue and team size to absorb the frameworks. Our free Profit Blueprint tool is a much better starting point. Come back when you're at $500K+ and we'll be here.
How much time will this take?
Plan on roughly five hours a fortnight in the intensive phase: one 1.5hr group call, ~1 hour reviewing your deliverables, and the rest implementing in your business. After week 12, the daily KPI habit takes about 60 seconds. The empwr. Platform removes more time than it adds, most members reclaim 5-12 hours a week by week 8.
What if I'm too busy right now?
Everyone is. That's usually the symptom. If you can't find five hours a fortnight to fix the business, the business will keep consuming all your hours forever. That said, we're real about this. If you're in a genuinely unworkable season (new baby, major illness, major launch), wait for the next cohort. There's always one coming.
What's the refund policy?
We offer a 90-day deliverable guarantee. If we don't produce all 4 done-with-you deliverables (Unit Economics Breakdown, 12-Month Cashflow Projection, Profitability Leakage Review, Scalability Scorecard) within 90 days of your cohort kickoff, we refund months 3 and beyond in full. When does the next cohort start?

What happens after the 90 days?
From month 3 you move into ongoing membership at $1,650/month. That's two live calls a month (Operator Hot Seat on week 1, Masterclass and Q&A on week 3), a new training module dropped every month, a quarterly re-scan where Reuben reviews your numbers again, the async community (Monday Morning Thread, Ask Reuben, peer wins), and the annual empwr.
